Site Electrical Engineer

Job Responsibilities: - Supervise construction activities, monitor project scheduling, and coordinate with authorities, main contractors, sub-contractors, and suppliers. - Ensure all execution of works complies with project specifications and quality assurance standards. - Liaise and attend meetings with consultants, clients, authorities, and main contractors. - Assist the Project Manager in maintaining project quality documentation and records. - Work with relevant parties on shop drawings, materials, and sample submissions. - Collaborate with project managers, drafters, safety personnel, and supervisors to monitor site progress according to approved method statements and drawings. - Review and align electrical design drawings to ensure compliance with contract specifications. - Prepare and check technical drawings and materials submissions. - Provide technical support for electrical engineering work on-site. - Monitor work to ensure completion within the scheduled timeframe according to approved drawings. - Assist in cost estimation, budget control, and checking sub-contractor progress claims. - Monitor work progression, quality control, and ensure safety regulations are strictly observed. - Identify discrepancies between contract provisions and site scope before construction. - Perform testing and commissioning at the work site. Job Requirements: - Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Building Management. - At least 3 years of working experience in the related field. - Advantageous if project experience includes HDB (BTO) projects. - Good interpersonal and communication skills. - Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and other IT software.
