What You'll Be Doing
- Welcome and assist customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Understand customers' needs and recommend suitable products and solutions.
- Demonstrate product features and provide accurate information.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets through excellent customer engagement.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the POS system.

What We're Looking For
- Minimum GCE 'N' Level, 'O' Level, NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent.
- Prior retail, customer service, or sales experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented personality.
- Self-motivated with a passion for achieving sales targets.
- Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays (where applicable).
