Job Details
Position Profile: Based in Yishun. Successful candidate will: Collaborate and participate in cost analysis, time study or productivity tracking to devise systems integrate Man, Machine, Material, and optimize operations and reduce waste.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed process analysis on workflow, layout, resources and productivity to identify inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data, insights and ideas for improvement and participate in cost reduction management.
- Study or review the proposals and utilizing IT tools to automate the process and reduce time spend and build simulation models for system optimization.
- Support in facilitation or organizing factory small group activities and layout projects.
Ability / Competency Required:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or any other relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong interpersonal skills, analytical, with a flair for numbers.
