Job Summary
We are looking for a Process Engineering Technician to join a leading manufacturing company in Tampines on a 4 days work week schedule. You will gain hands-on experience in process improvement, equipment validation, and technical troubleshooting within a dynamic production environment. Required Skills
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or related discipline
- At least 2 years of manufacturing or engineering support experience
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts

Salary & Benefits
Basic Salary: S$3,000 – S$4200
12-hour Day Shift Allowance: +S$12 per shift
12-hour Night Shift Allowance: +S$24 per shift
Meal & Transport Allowance: S$16 per workday

Key Responsibilities
- Support process validation for new equipment and manufacturing processes
- Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
- Assist in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production efficiency
- Participate in cross-functional projects to improve operational performance
- Evaluate manufacturing processes and equipment to ensure compliance with operational standards
- Fabricate and maintain basic jigs and fixtures
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and process records
- Work closely with engineers and internal stakeholders to achieve production goals
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Engineering or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering support, or semiconductor environments
- Experience in a production or factory setting
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Able to work rotating 12-hour shifts after the training period

Training Period (First 3 Months)
Monday to Friday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
After Training (4 Days Work Week)
Weekly rotating 12-hour shifts:
Day: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM
Night: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
