Finance Fixed Assets Officer

Key Responsibilities: - Review and validate fixed asset transfer requests to ensure accuracy and compliance with internal controls and policies. - Support asset transfer activities, including inter-entity transfers and asset record maintenance. - Prepare and maintain monthly fixed asset reports and operational dashboards. - Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to asset management processes. - Coordinate fixed asset clearance activities during employee offboarding. - Assist with asset tagging and verification activities when required. - Provide documentation and support for internal and external audit requests. - Coordinate asset sighting exercises and liaise with asset custodians. - Support asset disposal processes and related documentation. - Contribute to process improvement initiatives and other ad-hoc finance-related duties. Requirements: - Higher NITEC, Diploma, or equivalent qualification in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline. - Strong attention to detail and ability to work with transactional data accurately. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. - 1–2 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, Fixed Assets, Audit Support, or Finance Operations. - Experience with ERP systems such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle, Workday, or similar platforms. - Exposure to fixed asset accounting, inventory management, or audit coordination. - Experience preparing reports and tracking operational KPIs.
