Full Set Accountant

Job Responsibilities: - Prepare a full set of management accounts, including Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), bank reconciliations, fixed asset register, and journal entries to ensure accurate financial records - Compile tax-related information and manage GST (Singapore) submissions in compliance with regulatory requirements - Prepare monthly management reports for management review - Coordinate year-end audit process and prepare annual financial statements to support statutory compliance - Perform financial and variance analysis to support business planning, budgeting, and forecasting - Continuously improve accounting processes and internal controls to enhance reporting quality and operational efficiency - Assist management in cost control and profitability analysis - Monitor cash flow and working capital - Support ad-hoc finance-related tasks as required Job Requirements: - Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent professional qualification - Minimum 5 years of experience in full set accounting - At least 3 years of experience in financial analysis and/or budgeting - Hands-on experience with Singapore GST submissions - Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) will be an advantage
