Job Summary
The STEM Specialist is responsible for developing educational materials and conducting engaging technology-based training sessions across various institutions in Singapore. The role requires delivering lessons independently while fostering a positive learning environment for students. Successful candidates will monitor student progress and provide regular feedback to stakeholders.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and work on training materials and lesson plans using new and emerging educational technologies and tools with the HOD.
- Conduct training sessions at various educational institutions across Singapore.
- Deliver lessons independently while adhering to the provided lesson plans and curriculum.
- Foster an engaging and positive learning environment for students.
- Provide regular feedback and updates on students' progress, as well as report any challenges encountered during training.
Job Requirements
- Diploma qualification or higher, preferably in Engineering, Computer Science, Programming, or a related field. Others would still be considered.
- Strong classroom management skills are an advantage.
- Creative, confident, and energetic in lesson delivery, with a vibrant personality.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with children and youths.
- Prior experience in education, training, programming, or robotics is an advantage, but is not required.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Monday to Friday work days (Flexi hours depending on on-site lessons)
