- Professional qualification (CPA or CA) is welcomed but not required.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel.
- Familiarity with AI-enabled tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communication skills with sharp attention to detail.
- Ability to bring structure to maturing systems and processes.
