FP&A Senior Manager
Job Summary
We are seeking a seasoned FP&A Manager to lead regional financial planning and analysis for a leading consumer services group. This is a strategic role responsible for driving financial performance, managing planning cycles, and delivering business-critical insights. You will play a vital role in monthly close, budgeting, forecasting, investment analysis, and leading finance transformation initiatives.

Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead monthly management reporting, and variance analysis.
- Lead the annual budget and monthly forecast process, ensuring alignment across the organization.
- Develop and analyze budget/forecast proposals, delivering insights for management reviews.
- Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support strategic decisions, investment/divestment activities, and accounting treatment simulations.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in finance, Accounting, or related discipline.
- Professional certification (CA/CPA) required.
- Minimum 15 years of experience in a MNC environment, with team leadership experience.
- Proven experience in FP&A, financial modelling, and business performance management.
- Demonstrated ability to engage and influence senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
