### Job Purpose
Serve as a strategic business partner to the CEO and executive leadership team, guiding the company through its next phase of rapid scaling, international expansion, and digital transformation.
### Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Financial Leadership & Capital Management
- Growth & Scaling Strategy: Define long-term commercial goals, evaluate SaaS/recurring revenue models, and design pricing structures to maximize margins.
- Capital Raising & Investor Relations: Lead equity/debt fundraising rounds, venture debt structuring, and manage relationships with institutional investors, venture capitalists, and banking partners.
- M&A and Corporate Development: Evaluate strategic investment opportunities, joint ventures, and mergers/acquisitions, managing due diligence and post-merger financial integration.
2. Financial Planning & Operational Excellence (FP&A)
- Scenario Modeling: Design agile, rolling forecast models and predictive stress-testing to guide resource allocation.
- Tech Metrics Fluency: Drive performance tracking using industry-specific KPIs such as CAC, LTV, ARR/MRR, NRR, and Burn Multiple.
- Cash Flow & Treasury: Optimize global cash management, currency hedging, and working capital.
3. Governance, Risk, and Regional Compliance
- Local & Regional Taxation: Ensure strict adherence to IRAS regulations, including corporate tax filings, GST, and cross-border transfer pricing frameworks.
- Internal Controls: Establish robust corporate governance frameworks and internal controls across regional subsidiaries to mitigate risk.
- Audit & Reporting: Deliver timely, accurate IFRS/SFRS financial statements.
4. Team Leadership & Finance Transformation
- Digitalization of Finance: Spearhead the migration and optimization of cloud-based ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle) and automated financial tools.
- Talent Development: Mentor and scale a high-performing finance, accounting, and business intelligence team.
### Key Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline; CA Singapore, CPA, or ACCA is strictly mandatory.
- Experience: 12-15+ years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5 years in a C-suite/Head-of-Finance capacity within high-growth tech/SaaS companies.
- Funding Track Record: Experience with Series B/C+ fundraising, IPO preparation, or M&A in the APAC region.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore’s regulatory environment and international corporate tax laws.
- Tech Stack Savvy: Hands-on experience with ERP implementations and automated consolidation tools.
