Job Details
Responsibilities:
Finance Operations:
- Process payments to suppliers and update daily bank transactions.
- Prepare delivery orders, tax invoiced and update receipts.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reconciling bank statements.
- Maintain month end schedule and audit schedule.
- Prepare expense reports and revenue tracking summaries.
Compliance & Documentation:
- Ensure proper documentation is maintained for audits and compliance checks.
- Ensure timely submission of regulatory filings and reports.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Diploma / Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
