Job Details
Responsibilities
- Manage payment processes and execute financial transactions accurately to ensure timely and compliant operations
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial reports, including Corporate Tax reporting, to support regulatory compliance and business insights
- Oversee budgeting by allocating department budgets based on financial forecasts to optimize resource use
- Develop, implement, and maintain Finance Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance and operational efficiency
- Research, apply for, and manage government grants and funding opportunities to maximize financial support
- Support financial planning and business decision-making by providing relevant financial data and analysis
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
- Knowledge of Singapore corporate tax and grants
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive, and able to work collaboratively with teams
