ESD Consultant
Job Summary
The ESD Consultant will manage green building rating processes and ensure target achievements for various local and overseas projects. Responsibilities include conducting dynamic simulations, performing mechanical calculations, and preparing comprehensive project reports. The role requires coordination of design, computation, and M&E advisory services to meet project sustainability goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage Green Rating certification processes
- Conduct dynamic simulations (IES, CFD)
- Manage local and overseas projects
- Perform ACMV, lighting, and landscape calculations
- Prepare project submissions and reports
Required Skills
- Mechanical Engineering Degree
- 1+ year relevant experience
- IES and CFD simulation proficiency
- Report writing and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office

Job Description:
- Manage Green Rating process of projects and ensure target achievement, such as GBI, LEED, Green Mark, Greenship etc.
- Mechanical experience including dynamic simulation – IES, CFD.
- Project management for local and overseas projects (e.g. design, computation, M&E, facilitation & advisory, etc.).
- Prepare reports and presentations for project submissions.
- Conduct all necessary calculations, such as ACMV system, lighting, landscape, etc.
- Other adhoc related tasks.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience in related field.
- Willing to travel.
- Can work independently as well as in small teams.
- Able to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and writing skills, with attention to detail.
- Good report writing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, ability to develop relationships and communicate with all levels of management.
- Proficient Microsoft Office and other IT software.
