Job Summary
The SAP AP and CO Lead Consultant will spearhead finance transformation initiatives, focusing on SAP S/4HANA implementation and process optimization. You will collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions for management accounting, Accounts Payable, and controlling. The role requires extensive experience in P2P processes, cost allocation, and end-to-end project management.

Job Details
Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Accounts Payable (AP) and Controlling (CO) solutions within SAP S/4 HANA Finance domain.
- Drive end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) process design, including invoice processing, vendor management, and payment runs.
- Define cost allocation cycles, planning, budgeting, and variance analysis frameworks.
- Ensure alignment with business performance management, reporting needs, accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
- Lead functional workstream delivery across SAP S/4HANA implementations, upgrades, and rollouts.
- Drive adoption of S/4HANA innovations such as Universal Journal and real-time analytics.
- Conduct workshops to gather and analyse business requirements for financial track and translate requirements into functional design and configuration specifications.
- Collaborate with FI, MM, SD, and cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end integration and work with technical (ABAP) teams for enhancements and integrations.
- Design and review functional specifications for RICEF objects and support data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover activities.
Technical Responsibilities
- Configure and drive SAP FI-AP modules: Vendor master data, Invoice posting and validation, Automatic payment program (F110), Withholding tax and tax integration.
- Configure and drive SAP FI-CO modules: Cost Centre Accounting (COCCA), Profit Centre Accounting (PCA), Internal Orders, Product Costing (PC), Profitability Analysis (COPA), Variance Calculations, Overhead/WIP Calculations, Actual Price Calculation, and Budget Planning.
- Nice to have: Asset Accounting and REFX, Fund Management and Grant Management.
Role Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Over 10 years of SAP experience, including at least 5 years with S/4HANA.
- Experience with cloud-based SAP deployments (e.g., RISE with SAP) and full lifecycle SAP implementations.
- Completed a minimum of 3 end-to-end implementation projects, with at least 2 being S/4HANA projects.
- More than 5 years of team lead experience managing at least 3 team members.
- Experience on projects involving at least 20 company codes and/or plants.
