Job Summary
The Manufacturing Process Engineering Assistant supports new product start-ups and manages customer returns. You will be responsible for identifying waste, improving manufacturing processes, and maintaining production equipment. The role also involves tracking quality trends and resolving daily production quality issues.

Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Assist with new products start-up and Customer returns process.
- Identify waste and improve the manufacturing processes.
- Provide support to production equipment and tools.
- Strive to meet Departmental cost and Quality objectives.
- Follow up closely on daily Quality trends and analyze daily Quality issues.
Requirements:
- At least Diploma in Electronics / Mechanical / Chemical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of similar experience within manufacturing industry.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Prior knowledge with SMT process is an added advantage.
- Able to function as a good team player.
