Finance Accounting Manager
Job Summary
We are looking for a practitioner who brings a blended skillset across audit and finance transformation and can translate technical expertise into client value. The role involves advising clients on complex technical accounting matters, leading SOX and internal audit programs, and driving finance transformation initiatives. Candidates should have strong capabilities in external audit, risk and controls, and CFO advisory.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex technical accounting and IFRS financial statements
- Lead end-to-end SOX programs and internal audit engagements
- Drive finance transformation and Zero Based Budgeting programs
- Advise CFO office on FP&A effectiveness and performance management

Job Details
A. External Audit & Technical Accounting - Your Foundation:
- Ability to advise clients on complex technical accounting matters and application of accounting standards
- Demonstrated experience in delivering and reviewing financial statements under IFRS
- Hands-on experience in leading / delivering audits under PCAOB standards and supporting US-listed clients on audit readiness
- You bring a strong external audit lens and can drive audit quality and financial reporting excellence for clients
B. Internal Audit, Risk & Controls - Your Core Consulting Toolkit:
- Proven ability to lead end-to-end SOX programs including controls design, implementation, testing and remediation
- Expertise in process walkthroughs and mapping of finance processes, risks, controls and key reports / IPE, with a controls-by-design mindset
- Capability to design and assess finance risk management frameworks and articulate risk to finance leadership
- Exposure to enterprise-wide risk (ERM) and ability to connect finance risks to enterprise risk agenda
C. Finance Transformation - Your Value Creation Lever:
- Ability to design and deliver Zero Based Budgeting programs to drive sustainable cost savings
- Experience in advising CFO office on FP&A effectiveness - planning, budgeting, forecasting and performance management
- Understanding of Finance Target Operating Model, organization design and finance service delivery
- Familiarity with finance technology landscape and ability to translate business requirements into technology-enabled solutions
