Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to manage the Marketing and Contract department, handle tenders and quotations, and procure suppliers. Candidates should possess a relevant degree and at least 5 years of experience in civil engineering or related projects. Experienced candidates may also be considered for a Contract Manager role.

Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate Marketing and Contract department team
Plan, prepare and follow up Tender/Quotation processes
Manage and procure best suppliers and vendors
Manage progress payment claims

Required Skills

Minimum BSc in QS, CE or equivalent
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
Proficiency in Autocad and other IT software
Team leader calibre
