Job Summary

We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing background to drive New Product Introduction, product changes, and capacity expansion projects. You will lead cross-functional teams to manage project scope, timelines, sample builds, tooling, materials, and production readiness. The successful candidate will ensure projects meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives.

Job Details

We are looking for a hands-on Project Engineer with a strong mechanical engineering and manufacturing background to drive New Product Introduction (NPI), product changes, and capacity expansion projects in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities - Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams for NPI and engineering projects. - Manage project scope, timelines, sample builds, tooling, materials, and production readiness. - Work closely with Mechanical, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution. - Track project progress, identify risks, resolve issues, and provide regular status updates to management. - Drive projects to meet schedule, quality, and cost objectives. Requirements - Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related discipline - Minimum 4 years of project engineering or NPI experience in manufacturing. - Strong understanding of mechanical components, engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, tooling, and assembly operations. - Experience in electronics, semiconductor, or industrial manufacturing. - Experience coordinating projects from development to production launch. - Good communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, MS Project, Jira, or similar tools.
