Job Summary
We are seeking a highly driven Project Manager to lead strategic manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives in a fast-paced industrial environment. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver operational excellence, process improvements, automation initiatives, and capital investment projects. This role requires driving projects from concept through execution to support business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project management activities, from planning and execution through commissioning and handover.
- Drive CapEx, process improvement, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Quality, Supply Chain, and external vendors.
- Identify opportunities to optimize manufacturing processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Lead stakeholder discussions, facilitate decision-making, and resolve project challenges.
- Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements.
- Support continuous improvement, digitalization, and ERP-related initiatives where applicable.
- Monitor project performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or related discipline.
- Minimum 6 years of project management experience within CNC/ manufacturing, industrial, process plant, precision engineering environments.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent Project Management certification is good to have.
- Proven experience managing CapEx projects, plant improvement projects, automation initiatives, or operational transformation programs.
- Excellent leadership capability with the ability to drive cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills.
- Experience in budget management, cost control, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
- Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, Infor, Epicor, or related platforms is advantageous.
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Six Sigma, or related methodologies is a plus.
