Finance Executive
Job Summary
The Finance Executive will ensure optimal finance operations for the BU accounts and assist in establishing strong accounting processes. Responsibilities include implementing SOPs, preparing monthly interim management reports, and assisting in annual budgeting and forecasting. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field with 1–2 years of experience or relevant internship experience.
Responsibilities
- Ensure optimal finance operations and compliance with accounting standards
- Prepare monthly management reports, P&L analysis, and variance commentaries
- Assist in annual budgeting, forecasting, and developing segment P&L reporting
- Handle billing, collection discrepancies, and supplier liaison for invoicing
Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 1–2 years of relevant experience or internship experience
- Proactive with good communication skills and team player mindset
- Proficiency in MS Office

About the Role:
Responsibilities:
- To ensure finance operations is operating at an optimal level for the BU accounts
- Assist in establishing strong accounting processes and periodically review and improve existing processes at site and to ensure compliance with contract requirements, local FRS and US GAAP (revenue and cost recognition) standards
- Implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
- Implementation of financial policies and procedures and ensure compliance with internal controls.
- Prepare monthly interim management report, including overall P&L analysis and to provide commentaries to FP&A team on key variances between budget and actual P&L performance
- Assist in annual budgeting and monthly rolling forecast exercise
- Provide finance related advice (budgetary/spending)
- Assist in developing segment P&L reporting to measure respective business performance against plan
- To lead in ad-hoc projects as assigned
- Resolve billing and collection discrepancies
- Liaise with suppliers for invoicing and payment matters.
- Support Corporate Finance team for all finance related matters
- Perform any related duties as required and/or directed
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Minimally 1–2 years or candidates with at least internship experience with relevant experience preferred
- Proactive, good communication skills, and a team player
- Proficiency in MS Office is a plus
