Accounts Receivable Executive
Job Summary
The Accounts Receivable Executive is responsible for managing AR transactions, customer invoices, and account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting and cash flow management. The role involves monitoring overdue balances, supporting month-end closing activities, and assisting the finance management team with internal controls and process improvements. Candidates should hold a relevant degree with at least 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance.

- Prepare and process invoices and credit notes

Required Skills
- Degree with 2+ years of AR/Finance experience

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365
- SAP knowledge and ability to learn new systems
Job Details
Review and verify supporting documents for AR transactions, ensuring accurate and timely posting in the accounting system.
Prepare and process customer invoices, credit notes, debit notes, account reconciliations, and contra transactions.
Monitor customer accounts, follow up on overdue balances, resolve payment discrepancies, and respond to billing-related enquiries.
Perform AR reconciliations and month-end closing activities, including preparation of AR reports and ageing analysis to support collections and cash flow management.
Support the Assistant Finance Manager and Head of Finance in maintaining internal controls, improving processes, and handling ad hoc finance assignments.
Requirement:
Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, or Finance; Accounting/Finance qualifications are advantageous.
Strong English communication and Microsoft 365 skills, with SAP knowledge and the ability to learn new business systems.
