Job Summary
Lead end-to-end Finance transformation projects from planning to implementation and value realisation for a leading US semiconductor company. The role requires defining project scope, timelines, resources, and governance while coordinating across Finance, Procurement, IT, and external vendors. Candidates must possess a degree in a relevant discipline with at least 10 years of experience in finance transformation, programme, or project management.

- Drive change management, communication, training, and UAT
Required Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or related
- Minimum 10 years of finance transformation or PM experience
- Understanding of PTP/S2P, R2R, OTC and FP&A processes
- Experience with process improvement and Finance systems
- PMP or equivalent and Lean Six Sigma certification

Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business or a related discipline.
At least 10 years of finance transformation, programme or project management experience.
Proven experience leading large, cross-functional transformation programmes.
Strong understanding of PTP/S2P, R2R, OTC and FP&A processes.
Experience with process improvement, Finance systems and reporting platforms.
Able to operate at both strategic and execution levels in a matrix organisation.
PMP or equivalent certification and Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Green Belt.
