Job Summary Support the growth of retail, e-commerce, and hospitality businesses by engaging customers, driving sales, assisting marketing efforts, developing products, and managing new business projects. Responsibilities Retail & Customer Experience - Deliver excellent customer service by providing tailored product recommendations to meet customer needs - Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty - Assist in organizing and executing tastings, workshops, and customer events to enhance engagement - Implement initiatives to improve the overall customer experience in retail settings Sales & Business Development - Support retail and corporate sales activities to achieve business targets - Develop corporate gifting options and establish partnership opportunities to expand market reach - Follow up promptly with customers and sales leads to convert opportunities - Research and identify new markets and sales opportunities to drive business growth Product & Merchandising - Maintain attractive and effective product displays and promotional materials to boost sales - Assist in launching new products and managing seasonal campaigns to increase product visibility - Identify and evaluate new Japanese food and beverage products for potential inclusion - Collaborate with suppliers to explore and develop new product opportunities Digital & Marketing - Support website management and update online product listings to ensure accuracy and appeal - Assist in planning and executing social media and digital marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness - Create simple, clear content for products, brands, and promotions to engage customers New Projects - Explore opportunities for importing new Japanese food products to diversify offerings - Support the development of new retail outlets and innovative retail concepts - Assist in creating new products, events, and customer experiences to attract and retain customers - Contribute to special projects and identify new revenue opportunities to support business expansion Operations - Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow and product availability - Support stock planning and monitor product availability to meet customer demand - Assist in preparing basic sales and marketing reports to track performance and inform decisions
