QC Technician
Job Summary
The QC Technician is responsible for performing visual inspections of products, finished goods, and verifying parts while adhering to quality standards. The role also involves generating inspection and non-conformance reports and assisting the Quality Assurance Manager. Working hours are from Monday to Saturday at Woodlands Walk.

- Perform visual inspections and verify parts
- Maintain quality records and generate reports
- Assist QA Manager with corrective action plans

- Read simple engineering 2D drawings
- Ability to lift objects under 10kg

Perform visual inspection of product
Do inspection of finished goods and verification of parts
Keep and file of quality records
Perform QA inspection, follow through company’s procedure and ensure adherence to product quality standards
Generates inspection and non-conformance reports as necessary
Ensure operation operates in a secured environment to safeguard confidential information
Assist Quality Assurance Manager in the development of corrective action plans including corrective actions, preventive actions and effectiveness checks to address observations/ findings.
Other duties as assigned by Reporting Officer
Requirements:
Able to understand and read simple engineering 2D drawings
Able to lift heavy objects of below 10kg
