Position Summary: The role is primarily in pre-sales, tenders and bids stage and requires both broad and deep technology knowledge and the ability to conceptualize business solutions to customers. Demonstrated ability to engage in senior-level technology decision-maker discussions related to agility and business value. Broad solution knowledge in IT and OT Convergence technology is required. Prior experience designing IT Solutions (Cloud, System, Network, and Application design) is essential. Understanding of CCTV solutions, Access Control, and Video Analytics is advantageous. The candidate should have prior experience in Post Sales and Delivery Teams and be highly familiar with project methodologies (Design, Technologies) to review tenders/bids.
Responsibilities:
- Develop project technology strategy by understanding key client objectives, diagnosing and mapping requirements, and recommending project approaches.
- Prepare and deliver business value solutions, including proposal writing, presentations, and proof-of-concepts.
- Propose technical solutions, oversee technology selection, and estimate resources required.
- Articulate alternatives regarding cost, benefit, and risk.
- Highlight the positive impact of solutions and how they achieve business goals.
- Manage customer relationships by communicating architecture standards and resolving issues.
- Actively participate in the business development lifecycle and support sales efforts.
- Identify opportunities to leverage solutions and track emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent work experience.
- At least 10 years of relevant working experience including expertise in enterprise architecture.
- Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, conducting architecture reviews, and consensus building.
- 5+ years of experience with technical expertise in project design, planning, installation & commissioning for end-to-end IT/OT projects.
- Strong analysis experience focusing on IT Software & infrastructure with integration to CCTV, NVR, ACS, IDS, and Gate Barrier systems.
- Experience leading large group meetings with senior-level executives.
- Professional experience with n-tier application architectures development.
- Technical qualifications including hands-on experience in: .NET Development Platform (Visual Studio, .Net Core Framework), C#, Python, SQL Databases, Transact-SQL, XML, SOAP, Web Services, and agile development methodologies.
- In-depth knowledge on network and systems security issues and cybersecurity requirements.
- IT certification in MCSE, CCIE, CISSP, Scrum Master or equivalent is advantageous.
