Job Details
Responsibilities:
- Consolidate and analyse weekly financial forecasts, outlooks, and actual performance.
- Support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and month-end closing activities.
- Prepare timely corporate financial submissions and operational reports.
- Monitor cost control initiatives and financial performance metrics.
- Support fixed asset accounting and product costing functions.
- Participate in annual physical inventory exercises.
- Perform data analysis, correlation studies, and financial reporting.
- Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support departmental projects and team activities as required.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
- Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, or cost analysis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with SAP is preferred.
- Knowledge of Knime is an advantage.
- Exposure to analytical tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Python, or Alteryx will be an added advantage.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
