Tax and Finance Analyst
Job Summary
The Tax and Finance Analyst will ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial statements in compliance with IFRS and local statutory requirements. The role involves managing tax filings, budget preparation, variance analysis, and performing monthly account reconciliations. Additionally, the incumbent will support regional general ledger activities and provide advisory support for tax compliance and business process improvements.

- Prepare and submit financial statements, tax filings, and statutory reports in a timely manner
- Support budget preparation (bi-annual) and perform variance analysis against actuals
- Handle tax-related analysis and assist in audits and compliance matters
- Perform monthly account reconciliations
- Strengthen tax compliance through process improvements and advisory support
- Partner with internal stakeholders on tax risks related to business transactions
- Support regional general ledger (GL) activities
- Participate in finance projects and ad-hoc assignments
The Successful Applicant
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Prior experience in finance, accounting, or tax-related functions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
- Good communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
