Job Details
Reporting to the Associate Director, this role is responsible for new and existing business development within the client base.
Key measures of success:
- Sourcing: Be a key point of contact for internal talent acquisition needs.
- Lead Generation: Drive activities, events, and meetings to generate commercially important leads.
- Key Account Management: Manage recruitment relationships for top brands in the Singapore market.
- Team Management: Opportunity to lead a team of 1-4 people within 6 months if applicable.
- Engagement: Use social media, events, and cold calling to drive business development.
- Closing: Utilize excellent negotiation skills to close business deals.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 4 years of experience working in a recruitment company.
- Minimum 2 years of people management experience is an advantage.
- Passion for a commercial role and evidence of career success.
