Project Finance Executive Manager

Key Responsibilities - Manage project finance matters for up to three Data Center construction projects. - Maintain proper project accounting records, cost tracking files, payment records, and supporting documents. - Track project budgets, committed costs, actual spending, cash flow, and cost variations. - Coordinate supplier, contractor, and vendor payment processes. - Check invoices, purchase orders, contracts, delivery documents, and payment requests before processing. - Monitor project expenses and highlight budget overruns, cost risks, or unusual spending. - Prepare simple monthly project finance reports for management. - Work closely with project managers, suppliers, contractors, consultants, and internal management. - Ensure proper documentation for audit, management review, and project cost control. - Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning for each project. - Travel to regional project sites when required to support project finance and payment matters. Requirements - Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, bookkeeping, project accounting, or cost control. - Experience in construction, engineering, infrastructure, M&E, data center, or project-based industries will be an advantage. - Able to manage finance and payment matters independently. - Good understanding of budgeting, cost tracking, supplier payments, invoices, and project documentation. - Strong Excel skills. - Experience with accounting software or ERP systems will be useful. - Careful, organised, and detail-oriented. - Able to work with project teams, suppliers, contractors, and management. - Willing to travel overseas when required.
