Senior Digitalization Analyst
Job Summary
The Senior Analyst (Digitalization) will drive digital transformation initiatives by translating business challenges into data-driven solutions. You will leverage AI, automation, and modern data technologies to enhance operational efficiency and decision-making. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will deliver end-to-end projects that generate measurable business value.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute digitalization and process automation initiatives.
- Develop data pipelines, internal tools, and AI-driven predictive models.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to manage end-to-end projects.
- Redesign business processes for improved scalability and efficiency.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or Engineering
- 3+ years experience in digitalization or AI-based transformation
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or TypeScript
- Strong SQL skills and Power BI experience
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
Digital Transformation & Process Improvement
- Support the design and delivery of digitalization initiatives, including process automation and system enhancements
- Work with stakeholders to identify business pain points and translate them into practical technical solutions
- Document and redesign business processes to improve efficiency and scalability
Data, AI & Automation
- Assist in building data pipelines, internal tools, and automation workflows
- Support implementation of AI solutions such as predictive analytics and automation use cases
- Contribute to the development of scalable and sustainable technology foundations
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business users, IT teams, and vendors to deliver projects end-to-end
- Evaluate and support management of third-party vendors and platforms
- Ensure proper documentation, governance, and maintainability of delivered solutions
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions
- Promote a culture of digital awareness and continuous process improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Data Engineering, or related field
- 3 years experience contributing to digitalization or transformation projects and applying AI to solve business problems
- Exposure to operational or enterprise processes is a plus
- Programming experience (e.g. Python, Java, TypeScript)
- Strong SQL skills and data manipulation capabilities
- Hands-on experience with Power BI
