Senior Finance Manager
Job Summary
A well-established asset management firm is looking for a Senior Finance Manager to support reporting and portfolio oversight. The role focuses on real estate and renewable energy investments, supporting asset performance and strategic decision-making. You will work closely with investment teams to drive financial insights and deal evaluation.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting
- Manage portfolio-level performance analysis (IRR, NAV, cash flow)
- Support investment deal evaluation and due diligence
- Ensure accounting and regulatory compliance
Required Skills
- Degree in Finance or Accounting (CPA/CA preferred)
- 8-12+ years experience in Asset Management
- Knowledge of real estate or infrastructure finance
- Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
Job Details
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting for property and renewable assets.
- Manage portfolio-level performance analysis (IRR, NAV, cash flow, returns).
- Partner with asset management and investment teams on financial insights and deal evaluation.
- Support acquisitions, divestments, and financing transactions (incl. due diligence).
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and regulatory requirements.
- Liaise with auditors, lenders, and external stakeholders.
- Drive process improvements and financial controls.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance/Accounting; CPA/CA preferred.
- 8–12+ years’ experience in asset management, real estate, infrastructure, or renewables.
- Strong knowledge of investment structures and project/asset-level finance.
- Experience with both income-generating assets and development projects is a plus.
- Strong analytical, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
