Financial Controller

Responsibilities: - Lead all financial operations, including accounting, reporting, and compliance. - Develop and implement robust internal controls and governance frameworks. - Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management to support growth. - Provide financial insights to guide strategic decisions and business expansion. - Liaising with auditors, regulators, and advisors. - Manage board affairs and corporate matters. - Advise on compliance on corporate governance, regulatory obligations, and best practices. Requirements: - Degree in Accountancy or ACCA with a recognised accounting qualification such as Chartered Accountant or Certified Public Accountant. - 8 – 10 years of progressive experience in the finance, accounting or audit functions. - At least 3 years in corporate/reporting role in a SGX listed company is mandatory. - IPO experience is an added advantage but not mandatory. - Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and manage well at all levels. - High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency. - Ability to deal with ambiguity and handle uncertainty. - Relevant IT industry experience and having worked with ERP systems and Power BI will be advantageous. - Availability to join immediately or at short notice is preferred.
